Global Entry: Efficient Arrival Reporting for Members

The Global Entry mobile application is a convenient tool for active Global Entry members to report their arrival at supported airports. This app, developed by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, allows members to bypass the stationary Global Entry portals and complete the arrival process on their mobile devices.

To use the app, simply select your arrival airport from the list of supported airports and submit a photo of yourself for verification by CBP. It is important to complete this process while you are physically present within your arrival terminal. Upon successful submission, you will receive a receipt that you must present to a Global Entry officer upon arrival. Additional travel documentation may be requested as well. If you are unable to obtain a receipt using the mobile app, you can still proceed to an existing Global Entry Portal and follow the regular process.

Please note that only active members of the Global Entry program are eligible to use this app. It does not provide enrollment capabilities for the program. If you are not enrolled, you can either follow the normal entry process or use the free CBP Mobile Passport Control app.
